Yes. They are generally cheapest on opening day and will increase as the ship fills. If a cruise is not selling well, they will offer discounts, but those usually won't be released until after the paid in full date.
The cruise fare for the cabin type I booked for August 2016 has already changed but other room types and/or dates haven't. You can look at cruise fish for an idea of when prices changed on cruises you are interested in. That is not to say Disney will do the rates the same the following year.
Oh yeah, some prices go up a lot. Our April 2 2016 cruise prices skyrocketed. Our 6b room was 5300, the Star Wars days were announced, now a comparable cat 5 room is over 9k
From your other post, I looked at cruisefish for magic, march 2016, 4 day rates and most room types have already gone up. The quicker the better, for sure.
