do points charts for dcl come out same time as bookings open up

My understanding of DCL is that bookings for 2010 will likely open up in December (2008). Will there be points charts available for 2010 at that same time? Last cruise we used points for one stateroom and cash for the other and I'd like to do the same for our next cruise but this time around I hope to book as soon as possible for best cash rate.

You can always hope, but it's not unusual for the non-DVC options to lag months behind the cash pricing for the same options. DVC has to negotiate pricing for each of these choices and it often will take a few months for the appropriate point charts to become available.
