One of the teachers I work with just left on a maternity leave. The substitute that came in for her is about 70 years old and loves to bake. Since she has no one at home to bake for she brings it all in here!!! I usually try to avoid the teachers' room but today I had to go in and rinse out a cup. Sure enough there was a tray full of homemade cookies. I grabbed 2 and walked back to my room. I ate one and then after a while of letting the other one sit there I tossed it into the garbage. UGGHHH!!!!!
Does this happen to you?

I would probably have eaten it and regretted it for the rest of the day!!
I do pretty good most of the time, but every now and then there is something that tempts me so much I just can't resist.
But I'm sure its gonna be REAL tuff to avoid all the other temptations!
I dread "birthdays" where I work as tradition has it that you bring in goodies for the entire office. Well with about 40 office employees that means there always seems to be food in the lunchroom. In addition you have vendors who bring doughnuts, people who just like to bake, etc. It makes it hard to stay on plan but I can say I have not had ONE treat since August when I started. After so long without having anything I can ignore whatever is in there pretty well but the easiest way is just to avoid it all together!
