Do people still trade pins?

We have a bunch of pins from various trips - thinking it might be fun to try to trade some of them. Do people still do that? At Disneyland we rarely see any guests trading, but we do see cast members with the pins on.

Should we even bother bringing the pins?

My extremely socially adverse spouse totally got into pin trading while we were there as did my granddaughter. They had a lot of fun.

Yes pin trading is still very very popular I love it this is me with my pins about 3 weeks ago
