Do people dress up for Villans Night?

We are on the WBTA in Sept and don't know if people dress for villans night or not. Is it like Pirate night?

Noone really knows yet, it's a really new theme they're doing. I understand a few people have been dressing up, but mostly just using the masks they make during the day at the mask-making event they have onboard that day.

I think, given enough time, it will be a full blown dress-up event.
