Who cares. The thread has had 21 posts so it gave us something to do. :thumbsup2

Yea it gave us something to do but I don't like moles. Worst case scenerio, it is a competitor being a jerk. I didn't notice the date earlier, only the number of posts or I wouldn't have responded. JMHO.

You like GMAC, others don't. We used them for one purchase. Compared to other DVC brokers that we have used, they were harder to get in touch with. GMAC is a big player in real estate, but they only have 2 people working on DVC sales and I don't know if they work on DVC full time. Their website is not maintained so the DVC listings are only partial and not updated. When we asked about what was available, they would only quote over the phone. When we asked for a list of available properties, we never received it. To us they seem too big to care.

I don't like moles anywhere, anytime. Yea, I have had no problems with GMAC and until I do, I have nothing bad to say. I think there is good and bad experiences with most companies and I have had friends with huge problems with TTS. And for the record, there are three people working DVC. The volume is there to keep them more than busy. Yea, the site doesn't give all the information; it is called business strategy. You have to call, so what. If you don't want to, don't - it's that simple. I called anyway because I knew the small contracts sell before they hit the internet.

Listen, I am not here to argue with you. I simply stated my opinion, which is what this thread was about. To me, replying to moles is a waste of time and space. And when it is done by a competitor to bash another company, it is nothing short of slimey. I have no proof that this is the case, but I thought it was interesting. This will be my last post on the subject. Have a nice evening.

I was interested in 2 properties last year, and left 2 emails with no return call. So maybe they were busy then too; I'm going to buy from the Mouse:thumbsup2

This is an old thread, and from the most recent posts, it has run its course. Thank you.
