Do moderate resorts bring your luggage to your room for you?

Never stayed at a moderate. Do they bring your luggage to your room and then bring it to the lobby when you leave? Thanks!

POR does have CM to bring bags to and from rooms.

Are you using magical express? They delivered our bags to our rooms. Super easy and awesome! DH did take our bags to lobby on way home, but a CM will also help with that if you want.

This I'm not sure. I used to work at a resort (not Disney) and their policy was only employees were allowed to use luggage carts. This is so the carts didn't go missing and no one go hurt.

I believe at Disney, if they can't help you with luggage immediately, you leave it with them and they will deliver it shortly. Similarly if you store it with them because your room isn't ready, you must call down and they will bring it up to you.

And yes, all moderate resorts offer luggage assistance/delivery.

I've never had anyone take our luggage to our resort rooms no matter what level. However at both WL & AKL we were allowed to use a luggage cart. Hate lugging stuff to the farthest of rooms so now we try to make sure everything is on wheels!

Wow at WL they took our luggage both times. I couldn't imagine them not taking it. That is really weird!

Yes, Bell Service will take your luggage to your room, and will come pick it up, there is a Bell Service button on your room phone.

The usual tip is $1 per bag.

We've mostly always taken our own luggage unless we fly and use Magical Express. I just go get a luggage cart that's sitting my an elevator or something.
