Do menus/hours change for Christmas day?

We will be arriving at the BWV on Christmas day. We are hoping for a nice dinner with walking distance of BWV. Right now I am deciding between Cape May Cafe and Yachtsman Steakhouse. I have been looking up the menus, but don't know if they will stay the same for Christmas day. If they do change, when do they become available? Also, do they change the dinner hours on Christmas day? I was hoping for an earlier dinner or even a very late lunch, but none of the restaurants in the Epcot area seem to serve during those hours.
