Do Magic Bands Ship to Canada

Living in London, Ontario, Canada, and it won't accept my Canadian address when I try to customize.

I can't go past the address verification point either.

Very strange, I was able to customize 6 bands in total a couple of months ago. 2 where our AP bands which I actually had sent to our friend's just across the border so we had them on hand 'just in case' and the other 4 were for a split stay we just completed. In both instances our bands were waiting for us at the resort at check-in, named and in the colours we had selected.

Oh and a quick edit to add we left the mailing address our home BC address for the resort MBs, the system was fine with that. It did state the bands would be at the resort but it did accept the address.

I had that problem last October when using the app, but it worked just fine on the website. Maybe try it from a computer if you're using mobile?

Also never had to change to resort address. They automatically showed up at pop where they were supposed to!

I had the same problem earlier this month and needed to contact Disney to get it to accept. Even then it took a bit. If it doesn't irk online, call Disney and they will be able to help you.

In my case I live in a townhouse so normally enter my address as 1-1abc but this freaks the Disney system out! Not only drops the dash (changes my address to 11 abc) but automatically updates my postal code to the new address it finds when the dash is missing. Ugh! It wasn't a quick fix even for them but it's done now.

There was 1 time I had to have them change my shipping address to Pop Century so you may need to do this too.

Hopefully one of their upcoming system improvements is to the address section!

I head to Art of Animation from Aug 13-16 (no park passes during this time) and then go to Wilderness Lodge from Aug 16-22 (with park passes). My problem is that we go to MK for 7:30 am on the 16th (our check out and check in day) so how do I get the new bands (yes they have me down for two sets of 4 bands for my family of 4--one for AofA and one set for WL) with my passes already linked for 7 am when I'm not to check in until 3 pm? Will they have ready and give me my Bands the day before with all the passes and meals already linked (since they don't ship to Canada)?

It's not the bands that you need to worry about. You can even use your first set of bands for WL if you wish. The problem is (I think) that you need to check in to your 2nd resort in order to activate your passes and dining plan. I know that you can checkin as early as 6am though.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think this is how it works.

My experience is from October ... I too had issues with address verification, but was able to "fix it myself" by either removing the space from my postal code OR removing my PO Box info and just leaving the street number and name.

(I think it was the latter ... I remember telling the system NOT to make this my default address since we don't have home delivery from Canada Post.)

Hopefully one of these fixes will work. Our customized bands were waiting for us upon arrival at BLT.
