Do Las Vegas hotels ever have a "birthday rate"?

I know Sam's Town does...or at least did. We used that during our Jan. trip since my bf's birthday was in Jan. I'm looking officially for September now, since my bday is then. Does anyone know if any other hotels offer a birthday rate? Thanks!

We're taking our Mother out for her 75th and tho we're not getting a "birthday" rate, we're hoping maybe to get upgraded while staying at MGM Grand. If not, that's OK....I'm sure we'll still have a great time.
