That is the busiest week of the year - If what you mean is Should you rent at hte parks, the answer is: probably not.

You really should rent off-site during that week, unless you can get there before rope drop every day, stay in the park all day, don't park hop, and don't leave. If you get to the parks after rope drop, do not count on getting an ECV that week.
