Can I use my room/park entry card for Genie+ as well as getting character and ride photos?

No, you do not need a MB. Your park entry card will work.

The card will work for everything except for long-distance ride photos such as Seven Dwarfs, where there isn't a tap point for photos. To get those, you will need to have Bluetooth turned on on your smart phone and have MDE allowed to connect to Bluetooth.
