I've had to change my arrival date at our resort from 4-12 Sept to 2-11 Sept to get the free dining. My TA had already made my ADR's under the old reservation. Do I lose those ADR's and now have to make new ones or do they let me keep the old ones? I realize I have to move some of them around but I have ones that still lie within the old dates. I hope I make some sense.

Your ADRs are not tied to your reservation or your package in any way (you can have ADRs even if you are staying offsite, or if you live locally and just want to eat at WDW), so you shouldn't have to change them unless you will no longer be there on a particular day. Unless of course your TA canceled the ADRs as well, you should probably ask your TA.
