I pre purchased my Memory Maker via the website as it was less $$ than they the app. It shows up on MDE on Website but I cannot get it on the MDE. When I enter the MM code, it says it already linked to an account. I’ve been on the phone with Disney IT numerous times, countless
Hours and keep getting transferred, given various numbers to call and nothing so far- no one knows what to do or I get tired of a 2 hour hold.
If it's linked to your MDE, and visible on the website, it should be linked. If you get to WDW, you could always visit Guest Services or a blue umbrella if you're still unsure, or have problems. I'd test it out first by having some photos taken, and see if they populate in your app...
