Do I need express plus, Fri. 3/23 & Mon. 3/26?

we are 3 adults with 2 small children (ages 2 & 5). we're focused on only "preschool" attractions like Seuss area/KidZone area with 1 or 2 "adult" rides (Spiderman, JPA, MIB, Mummy) in each park.
on 3/23, we're going to do IOA (not sure if we'll have time to park hop) from about 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and on 3/26, we're probably staying from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. & doing mostly US then will maybe stop in to IOA just to do Seuss area before leaving.
What do you think?

You can purchase the express plus pass inside the park if you need it. It is available at the gift shops. There is no need to purchase it in advance. Go, and play for a while, and then decide if you need the pass.

I had no idea that they were available in the gift shops....great idea!
