So my plan for 6/7 at Magic Kingdom looks like this...
Breakfast at BOG for 815am
*Try to walk on Mine Train if they dont change park hours from 9 to 8
Peter Pan 915
Haunted Mansion 935
small world 957
Pooh 1026
Barnstormer 1047
Dumbo 1103
Journey of Little Mermaid 1126

Is Journey of the Little Mermaid my best fp option? Is the wait generally long? I am using Touring Plans and I have never done this before so I am a little hesitant about how its going to work. Any suggestions are welcome!!

ehhhh....on some days it's busy and some days it isn't. The que is pretty interesting too if you want to walk through it! I think you'll be fine as it's sorta like the Haunted Mansion where it's just the continuous carts that keep going. What other options do you have for your Fast Passes that you need? I've never seen a huge line on it.

Well I would probably book a character greeting or maybe Tomorrowland Speedway after lunch. I have read the lines can be long there and it can be quite hot waiting. Thanks for your response!

Which ride is showing as your longest wait time on Touring Plans? That is the one I would get the fast pass for.

When I was there this past spring break, a very busy time for MK, we got there at RD. We were on VOLM by 9ish I believe and that was our third attraction there. I wouldn't get a FP for it. If you go in the morning when it is less busy, you should be fine. I don't think it usually goes over 30 mins on average. I would save the FP for a mountain! :goodvibes

I try to avoid using fast pass on any rides that's an omni mover. Those lines tend to move fairly quickly on their own even when they're long.

Are you doing any character meet&greets or any of the mountains? If not, then mermaid might be a decent option for you. If you want to meet Cinderella/Rapunzel, ride Thunder, Space or Splash then those are better uses of FP+. Check out Robo's FP+ priority list.

Or mine, the green link in my signature. ;)

Swap it with Haunted mansion. That early in the day you won't need a FP for mermaid. You will for haunted Mansion.

i've been on it a number of times since it opened and every time its a walk on so no i would definitely not use a FP+ for it.

Ok, thanks! I think I will switch it. I was watching on my app today to see what some of the waits were.
But do you think Haunted Mansion will have much of a line if its our 2nd or 3rd ride, depending if we walk in mine train? Maybe I should book a Space Mountain for my kids? We already have a Splash Mountain on another day
