Do I need a Double Stroller?

We have a double and 2 singles (macs). I am soooo glad we brought the 2 singles instead of the double. so much better w/ crowds. I could take the baby whlie DH took the 4yr old somewhere.

Have not read everything so not sure this applies but watching parents struggle with the huge doubles on the bus was not fun. DH could manage 2 umbrella singles well or we each had 1 and a kid.

But 2 singles was so much better than the double for us.

We bought a Joovy Caboose for our trip this year. Kids were 7 and 3 and this worked out great. Renting a double stroller from wdw can be expensive, so we bought this one for the same price as rental and will probably re-sell it, as the kids will be too big for it when we go back in 2008. For those of you who don't know what these are, there is a regular stroller seat in the front, but on the back, there is a standing platform as well as a seat without a back. The 3 year old sat in the front seat alot, while the 7 year old stood on the back platform when he got tired, or leaving the parks at night when things got really crowded. We mainly used the back seat to hold a soft sided cooler with water in it (we went in July and it was smoldering). This stroller worked out great for us!
