Do I have to call and cancel ME?

We were going to use ME but have decided to rent a car instead. So do I have to let ME know or just not check in and not use the ME tags. TIA

It would be a good idea to cancel. I would send two email messages a day apart rather than wait on hold on the phone. You don't want to get tagged as a no-show whereby on a future trip you might have a real reservation dishonored.
