Do I Have to be in the Park Already to use EMHs?

Okay, so I've read two different things and I'm not sure which one is correct.

#1- You have to be in the park before closing time to be able to get an EMH wristband.

#2- You can enter the park after regular closing time, present your room card, get a wristband and enter the park.

What one is correct? I'm soooooooooooooooo confused and don't want to blow it!

Both are correct

If you are already in the park, you can get a wristabnd, usually from about 5pm-the CMs are dotted around with the gizmo for checking your tickets.You will then be given a wristband each. If you come in after EMH starts you will be checked at the gate and wristbanded!
