Do I have the right to be kinda pissed off? (WARNING: guy rant inside)

So about 2 weeks ago I wrote a thread about how I was hoping my friend Pat would ask me to Homecoming. Then he told me that someone had already asked him blah blah blah. So we've still been talking to each other every night and like every weekend I try to make plans but they always fall through.

This weekend I was sure we were gonna hang out but Friday was Homecoming (I did dance with him), Saturday he had a football game and then he had to go to the other teams game to scout the team they were gonna play next. But Sunday I wanted to hang out, so I asked him and he said that he was making a movie with his friends, and I knew I couldn't hang out that night because I had to go to my friend's birthday party.

So today I ask him, he told me before that we were gonna hang out, and he says his mom won't let him. GRRR. She said it is a school night blah blah blah. So I asked "even when going to a movie in the afternoon" and he said that his mom gave him money for homecoming and so he wasn't gonna get anymore until Friday. So we're tentatively hanging out on Friday.

So do I have the right to be semi pissed off/annoyed?

Yeah and so I was texting him and I said "but we're totally gonna hang out this weekend or try lol" and he responded with "no, we will".

you do have a right to be mad but i hope that your upcoming plans dont fall through like that have in the past few days. It was stated above to not blame the boy but i would say dont trust him boys are prone to lie and can get fairly good @ it if they know what there doing so he may just be giving you excuses but all in all i hope everything works out 4 u

I'd say that sometimes things come up or your not allowed to do something. You could be mad but not really at him I think.

So, nothing's working out.

Report cards came out yesterday, he didn't get grounded but he didn't have any money. So we couldn't go to the movies. He invited me over, I asked my mom if I could go, she said only if his parents were there. They weren't going to be. That fell though.

We couldn't think of anything else to do. So I ask him if he wants to do something tomorrow (which is now today). He says I can come over and watch movies, after one-- if he can.

Today I was testing him. I always text him. For the past month I've been texting him. He's texted me first like once or twice. So today I wasn't going to text him. I was going to wait for him to text me.

Well it's almost 10 o'clock here and still no text.

And to make things even better one month ago today was the day I told him that I liked him.
