Do I cancel first then rebook?

Hi, I am going to try and change my resort reservation for late January, which I can do this week. Do I have to cancel my existing reservation first and then book at my new desired resort, or do I book the new resort and cancel my existing reservation? What time of day can I book ... is it 7 or 8 am EST?

You can modify the reservation from the dashboard the member website to change to a new resort without needing to cancel the reservation. The online reservation system rolls to the next booking day at 8 am eastern.
