Do I call MS with a room request?

We'll be going to DL for the 50th celebration and booked a room at GC through member services. I want to put a request for a room with a bunk bed (I know there's no guarantee) but I wonder who do I call? Member services or GC directly?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm kinda new at this. TIA.

I would think it would be MS...I know for our June trip to DL, staying at the GC, I put my requests in with MS. If nothing else, I'd call them first and inquire...they may tell you they will make the request, but to call the GC directly also.

Call both places to increase your chances. It certainly won't hurt to do it that way. Good luck, as you stated it is just a request.

Thank you for your replies. I will call MS first then call GC just before our trip to make sure my requests were communicated to them.
