Do holiday surcharges affect dining credits?

Saw on Allears that dining surcharges will be implemented around Easter. Wouldn't think that would affect a group using the dining plan but thought I'd ask to make sure!

Nope. One of the benefits of the DDP (in all of its forms) is price protection against increases, including holiday surcharges.

Of course, if Disney should ever lower prices (yeah, right), then you'd be caught the other way...
