Do Friday's mean anything anymore?

Ok, I know I work in a law firm where there are attorny's who work for day on end, but I thought Friday's meant going home at 5 o'clock and living it up on the weekend?! It's now amost 7pm and there are people still bring work down to the copy center where I work (this of course means more work for me) This is when I wish I had won that $290 million Mega Millions lottery. Just a little vent.

I'm at work waiting for my drawings to print and it's 7:00. Venting with you and will be buying tickets when mega million's jackpot gets up there like it did last week.

Are the people bringing down work maybe heading out for vacation next week and need something done before then?

I remember 'back in the day' when Fridays meant an extra long lunch and/or clocking out a few mins early!
