We sure do! We save $20 off of the prices for new Premium and Deluxe DL APs. We do not save anything off of the renewal price.

The nice thing about a DL AP is you get 10% off on practically all food locations with the blackout date pass, 15% on the full year pass.

You get the 10% off with your DVC member card too...no AP required. We just came back from DL and almost every full-service and counter-service location offered the discount, including those in Downtown Disney that are not Disney-owned. (We "saved" quite a bit of money at Jamba Juice! )

I saw this thread on the Disneyland boards that Disneyland.com was selling the deluxe AP for $239 which was even better than the DVC discount through the end of 2008.

There was another thread too that Costco was selling the deluxe AP for $269 with a $50 gift card.

You're right. I used my AP rather than my DVC card because a couple of cm's did not recognize what it was. It was just easier to use the AP (I have the blackout one), they all knew what that was.

Yes, a few didn't recognize my DVC card either. When I told them what it was and that we were entitled to a 10% discount they didn't have any problem honoring it. There was only one person who wasn't sure if it was a valid discount and she asked her manager who confirmed it. I would say that there weren't more than 3 or 4 CMs that were unaware of the discount though. It was very easy.
