Do DVC ever give out their bank details?

I would prefer to use a company here in the UK to transfer the dues directly into DVC's bank account as it is less costly than using a credit card. It is a little early in the day to telephone DVC as they will not be open. I thought I would post the message here - although it is probably too early for that too!

Disney debits our dues directly from our bank account. We gave them our bank info and they set this up. I don't know if the fact that you are in the UK would make a difference, but it is worth a call to try.

DVC will only direct debit dues from a financial institution that is based in the US.

From living in the UK, I know the difference between a direct debit and a standing order. I think you're asking about a standing order, since, as a pp said, Disney seems not to do direct debits from other than US banks. But standing orders are almost unheard of here in the US. You can ask, but I don't think they will do it. Let us know what they say.

One option I've seen posted is that some people from the UK and elsewhere will open an account at SunTrust bank that has a branch by Downtown Disney. You could transfer the money to your SunTrust account and have the dues direct debited from that account.
