Do Disney Credit Card holders get free stroller rental?

My DH applied for a Chase Disney Card so we could get the 50 reward points and when I was reading the benefit section of the paperwork, it mentioned free stroller rental with park admission. Does anyone know anything about this? I purchased my tickets in advance, so does the park admission need to be made at the gate in order to get the stroller rental? Any advise is welcome.

I know that you get 2 free stroller rentals at Disneyland but I don't believe it is good at Disney World.
