Do direct offers and incentives ever terminate early?

Looking at 200 points direct at CCV and just got an email from my salesperson today about the $10 per point incentive. The PDF offer sheet says the deal runs through through March 2nd. Assuming I am patient (we just got back from CCV so no rush to return) is there any reason not to wait until February to purchase? Would they ever early terminate an offer? Without warning?

I don’t think they have but there is nothing that prevents them as it says can end or subject to change.

I imagine they can’t sell what they don’t have, right?

In sold out resorts they can run out of points in the use year you want. Earlier in the year Saratoga springs had huge incentives. I tried to buy more toward the end of the promotion and the guide didn’t have the points to sell me in my use year.
