Do DD count towards Dis VISA points?

I want to buy DD to pay in advance for restaurants for our trip. Will DDs earn points? Since it's really just purchasing Disney money, I wasn't sure if that will count. If not, is there another way to do it? I'm trying to earn as many points as possible pre-trip!

Can I use DD at CM or CRT and/or the AK lunch deal? I think I read that the snack vendors will take them too?

Not sure if DD will net dream rewards.

DD can be used pretty much anywhere on Disney Property. They are just like cash and you will receive cash in change when you use them.

They might, but I haven't tried it yet. I've been using my PayPal preferred card to buy them instead since that earns 1.5%.

Yes they do
It shows up as a charge for the store on the credit card - doesnt break down as to what was bought

Another yes here! I did this one year that I got double points in Dec for any purchase at the Disney Store!

Perhaps someday they will find a way around that one...but not for now.

AS to where you can use them, I believe all the rest. and I know the vendors & the stores take them. Pretty much anywhere on Disney property.

I just ordered my Disney Visa. You can buy Disney Dollars and get points, but you can't use your Rewards card to buy Disney Dollars.

We were able to. Your Disney rewards points are pretty much the same as Disney Dollars (only prepaid credit card form) You are able to use them on any purchases that involve stores disney owns.

I agree, I was able to buy Disney Dollars with my Disney reward card a couple months ago.
