Yes I won thru Alamo.ca 4 nights deluxe, airfare for 4,car, 5 day base and $400. Disney dollars. We picked the Grand Floridian. Found the promotions department great to work with. We go in 3 weeks. Just wish we could upgrade our tickets to park hopper but being told we can't

That is really great Lucky Winner, I really liked dealing with Jamie, is that who you got? He is gone now and I find the new guy Paul to not know Disney just as well or be as accommodating as Jamie but that is fine. I am very happy just to have won!

1) You need to call Promotions right away.
2) Your "mix" of people must be correct before you check-in.
3) Once you check-in on a package, you cannot change the "mix".

NOTE: Unless you get the mix changed vefore hand, you can still sneak him into the room, but he cannot get a room key, and thus cannot go to EMH's. He can still do Fast Pass because he has his admission ticket.

Hi I was dealing with both. Now some communication with Samantha.
A great trip. Too bad I had already had a trip booked when I won. This trip has to be completed by Sept. Feb-Mar is my preferred time but how can I complain.
