Do CMs on the ship ever check out this board?

MBD, did venting help? I hope so, it always sucks to have problems, but mistakes happen. You really should give your TA an earful, and never use them again, they should have been keeping track of when your docs should be in, and should have called DCL when they didn't arrive in a timely manner. I mean, that is what you pay a TA for.... to make all the arrangements. I am sure DCL didn't respond when they got the docs back the first time, because they were expecting to hear from the TA about an address change. They wouldn't want to send them out again, after they didn't make it their the first time, especially since so much info is in the docs... they probably wanted to wait for confirmation from the TA. Yor TA really did drop the ball big time. Anyway, I am glad it all worked out, and I hope you enjoy your cruise.

disneygator-if I didn't have the problem at the cont. in july, I would not have contacted Disney-TA definatly dropped the ball, but I think Disney did too, anyway all is taken care of, cruise is 12 days away so-- time to start packing--takeing the boys for hair cuts today--thanks for your encouragement--Michael
 

Disneygator- I just noticed we are on the same cruise, any tips, since you have the inside line, workin for the mouse and all;)
