MBD, did venting help? I hope so, it always sucks to have problems, but mistakes happen. You really should give your TA an earful, and never use them again, they should have been keeping track of when your docs should be in, and should have called DCL when they didn't arrive in a timely manner. I mean, that is what you pay a TA for.... to make all the arrangements. I am sure DCL didn't respond when they got the docs back the first time, because they were expecting to hear from the TA about an address change. They wouldn't want to send them out again, after they didn't make it their the first time, especially since so much info is in the docs... they probably wanted to wait for confirmation from the TA. Yor TA really did drop the ball big time. Anyway, I am glad it all worked out, and I hope you enjoy your cruise.
