Do certain resorts book up faster with offers?

Have you noticed that certain resorts book up faster when offers are out for % off of room only or for free dining? Just curious because it always seems like AKL has rooms and WL doesn't. I was wondering about deluxe resorts especially. Which ones book up the fastest? Thanks in advance

I have been watching BLT and it seems like this one is filling up fast. It seems to me that the Contemporary fills up fast. I always seem to find room at OKW & Saratoga for every date so I think these are not as popular.

I would think (pure speculation) that deluxes and values fill up fastest. Many people (like myself) who can really only afford a moderate can now suddenly stay at a deluxe, and then other people, who maybe weren't considering a trip to WDW, can now fit a value into their budget and book something.

That's my take, at least. I'm sure there's many other factors (resort popularity, etc)

It seemed like, even long ago, when the Contemporary had both the North and South wing the rooms would book up fast. Now that there is only one wing I am always surprised when I can find a rack rate room let alone one with a discount.

I cant say as to the value resort, but i believe the one with the family suites fills up fast.
As for moderates, I would say Riverside books up fast, it is the only resort that can accomodate a family of 5 in a regular priced room. The Coronada can also accomodate 5, but you need to up it to a suite and then you may as well stay at the beach, yacht of boardwalk, which is what we have done in the past.

Also certain resorts book up fast for certain time frames..Epcot area resorts will book up really fast during the food and wine festival

Categories of some rooms seem to fill up fast as well. For example, I have had a hard time finding standard room rates for AS Movies. Only preferred rooms pop up.
