Do any of you go to ssw?

I went with my mom for ssw 05 for my 17th bday (best weekend of my life) she was not as thrilled. We love wdw, but she didnt like the whole ssw thing with all the mobs and screaming and what not. She was bored b/c we didnt do much disney that weekend. I have been watching the abc soaps for 8 yrs. Is any one else a fan? Do you go or have you gone to ssw before? I'm thinking of going again this year with a friend, but I am not sure yet.

I would love to go to ssw. I have been planing on going for the weekend with my mom, as we both love soaps (GH especially). Hopefully we can actually get it booked soon because it would be so much fun!!!

I don't know! I really want to meet alicia minshew, jeffrey carlson, and jpl. I went to ssw in 2005 for my 17th bday and I met a lot of the people I wanted to meet. I really want to meet some of them again too because they were super sweet! Especially Kassie Depaiva, Alexa Havins and Kelly Monaco. The three nicest ladies I met. Thorsten Kaye , Cameron Mathison, and Scott Clifton were the nicest guys that I met as well as Trevor St. John, and Michael Easton

It has been a few months since we talked on here about ssw. I figured I would tell you what is going on. I am really worried about this trip now. I want to go more than anything. Now the girl who said she would go hasn 't sent my mom any of her money. She keeps saying she has mailed a check 3 diff times but she lives in the same state as me and we have not received it. My mom doesnt think she can take the fri and mon off to go so now I dnno what I am going to do. I really want to go so bad but I have no idea how I am going to ):I wish I knew someone else who likes the soaps and would go.

I was just wondering if any of you are fans of catherine hickland. She is a super sweetheart. I have not met her in person yet, but I have been writing back and forth to her for a few months now. Have a blast. I went in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 when my favorite actor from GH went. He use to sing also in the street jam so I knew he was going. Since he is on recurring they don't ask him so we don't bother going anymore.

So now the word is that they are changing the weekend this year to the weekend after the holiday which would be the weekend of the 15th
