if not how often do you update it? (if you have one at all)

I have an updated resume. I will need it. We are supposed to be laid off May 1.

I'm not even sure if I still have one...if I do, it's only two years old and I have no intention of needing another (even though I know life can throw curve balls).

Normally, I just update as I need it because I want to be able to "customize" it to whatever position I am applying for.

I just updated mine the other day. My boss wants a list of what I do for reference with what could be expected of a new hire who is overwhelmed. I thought maybe I had details listed. I do, but not the explicit detail I needed. I last updated when I started my PT job last year.

I keep a copy of mine at work and update it as things change.

Never had a resume in my life. I've been with the same company for 18 years!

I update mine annually

I was told once that you should always have an updated resume!

I have no skills, if I get fired, I plan to just beg and cry until they say I could stay
