Wondering if all studios in all resorts have the mini kitchen with the sink, mini fridge and microwave?
Thanks
Kyle

The only exceptions I'm aware of (been there) is that a couple of the value studios at AKV-Jambo don't have freezer sections in their mini-refrigerators.

Oh, and I also remembered something else about the value studios-the microwaves. This one was the oldest microwave I'd ever seen, so it wasn't too powerful-

Other than these few value studio "quirks" (WELL worth the lower points), everythings OK.

They're all rather similar (but a little different). Have also found variation in what is supplied, but you can ask HK for missing items.

thanks guys, there is more included than I thought. I could definitely get by with that until my family gets a little bigger and I have to get a 1 BR. Thanks for the pictures to. You guys are great!!

we will ahve studios at BLT and AKL jambo house.. do they have can openers?

Yes, there is a can opener. If it is not there , just call maintenance and they will bring you one.

The studios have a cork screw and can openner (manual), but the one thing they don't have, that we always pack in our checked bags is a sharp knife & cutting board. Whenever staying in a studio, we make sure we have these with us. We also bring a couple of bowls (cheap ones). I've gotten a blender from housekeeping a few times. I don't know if you can request a sharp knife, but keep that in mind. Those plastic knives don't work well if you're cutting limes! (or cheese)

thanks guys!
I have thought in the past about bringing cereal and soup, but those little paper bowls wouldn't work. maybe for kids, for cereal, but def. not for soup.

I always bring a pack of 4 plastic bowls from walmart. They are sturdy and can hold hot items. Be sure to check the bottom of the bowls to see if they say micro safe on them, some do not. I also bring a small cutting board, sharp knife, bottle opener, scissors and a brita water pitcher. No need to fill the landfill with plastic bottles when I am in the room.
