Do all characters have waits?

Donald is now stationed near Dinosaur in AK. a few pathways through the trees and there he is, no lines at all.

I've seen Winnie the Pooh there at the same place recently with no line.

I don't recall ever waiting more than 10-15 minutes to see a character, unless they went to take a break while we were in line. If there's a character you really want to meet without waiting I'd look up their location and times on Kenny the Pirate's website. You can hang out around that area and try to be one of the first in line.

We waited just a few minutes for the characters at Pete's Silly Slideshow too. Also in Epcot, we had short waits for Aurora, Snow White, Mary Poppins and Alice.

I was going to say, on average, characters at EPCOT seem to have far shorter lines than the other parks. We always seem to catch Mary and Alice in the UK with no one around. YMMV.
