You could always carry a small bottle of it around, and then offer it to people.![]()
Would a bottle of fragrant blowing bubbles suffice?

To the pp who mentioned stickers/books : The child could start putting stickers on places they shouldn't be and if the parent/child reads a book outloud I'm sure someone would be offended. You KNOW someone will complain!

3 is too young for disney world
we don't go at busy times of the year, and rarely wait in line for more than 10-15 minutes tops but have only seen bubbles in line a couple of times in about 10 trips-I think most people realize that bubbles are not a good idea in tight spaces. You could always ask them to stop...you may be allergic to the soap if it feels odd on your skin. I know there are a lot of kinds of soap which wreak havoc on my skin...my doctor said it's probably allergies to soap ingredients. When my kids were little & we'd do bubbles, my skin always were red by the time we finished up.
Usually when we see the bubbles going is when people are waiting for shows or parades (like Fantasmic or MSEP)...when they're sitting in one spot for 45 min or more.
What I hate is when you're walking along & some goony kid has a bubble gun and gives you a face-full. Had my sunglasses off at just the wrong time one trip & got that danged soap in my eye...my eye watered for a good 30 min. Wish parents would pay more attention to what Jr. Monster is doing in the stroller (this particular Special Snowflake was deliberately aiming at people...only aimed & shot when people were within striking distance of his stroller .)
Naughty Disney. This needs to be added to the Disboard petition to remove bubbles.
Or take the stick up his *** out and stick it in his nostrils to block the smell![]()
As long as we are complaining about people doing things in line-how about not spraying sunscreen in line?
Wow, this is how new members are treated around here? I know what might help you to gain a sense of humor. A nice giant bottle of bubbles with one of those gigantic sticks.![]()
Disney sells light up swords too, but I wouldn't want to be in line with a kid who was jabbing and slashing it all around. Even if they were doing it so they wouldn't cry or whine in line.
There is an appropriate time and place for everything. But many of those things are not appropriate when you are standing 6 inches away from another person. Use your bubbles when other people are not forced to be by you, and can leave if they are bothered by them. Geeze, show some consideration for those around you.
... I know what might help you to gain a sense of humor...
What, that wasn't funny? I sure was LMAO.
A screaming, tired, impatient child needs a nap, not bubbles.
I say let the bubbles fly! I mean, come on, it's a child and they're having a little fun while killing some time! I think it's annoying when an adult or teen whips out their phone or game system and starts beeping and bonging but I can deal. What do you people do when it starts "snowing" during the Osborne Lights? Do you freak out and put on your ponchos? I know the "snow" is not quite the same stuff but it comes out of nowhere and can strike you at any moment. Sinister stuff! Get a grip people - if a few bubbles can set you off then perhaps YOU are the one who needs a nap.![]()
I think that no matter what a parent does to entertain their child someone will complain about it.
I thinkt hat folks are trying to say that there may be better ways to entertain children. The lines are often pretty darn snug and that is probably not the best environment for a bubble blowing kid. Now I don't mind bubbles, have often bought them for children and enjoy watching kids play with them. It would never occur to me to take them into a line in order to keep little Johnny from screaming. Little Johnny is either behaving in the line or we are traipsing back to our resort for a rest.
Somewhere along the line I wonder if some parents have forgotten that ther are others in the area and that teaching common courtesy is a much appreciated gift to give their children. Perhaps the bubbles will occupy the child for a period of time but is it okay if the people arround that child are disturbed? Let's just let the allergies go. Bubble flying around in confined spaces can be annoying and just because you can does nto mean that you should.
There is a difference between entertaining children and entertaining them at the expense of the neighbors.
Hey, whatever blows your skirt up.![]()
