I forgot about this and just checked my account and it does not show I ordered it. I know I ordered this since I was so happy to have finally found something good.

Was there an email confirmation stating you had redeemed for the gift card? Was it right after you redeemed? Did your account show it pending up until it shipped?

I believe there was an email confirmation. I checked my email but I think I erase it already. I check my account still there but hasn't ship yet. I hope I get it before our January trip.

Yes, I got an email confirmation immediately. I had also printed it from the site when I ordered it. I checked DMR a few days ago when others started posting they'd gotten their shipping confirmations and mine still said pending at that time.

If you didn't print a confirmation when you did it, I'm afraid you're probably out of luck. I know I tried to submit movie stubs a couple of times and they didn't go through, and when I emailed about it, I was told that if I didn't get a confirmation right away that I should re-submit.

I checked DMR a few days ago when others started posting they'd gotten their shipping confirmations and mine still said pending at that time.

Where can you see the status? I logged into my DMR and look under redeemed and it just shows I got it. It doesn't show a status.

Adding: I just did some clicking and found where my just says Order status: Submitted
