I'm taking a trip in April 2011 that will start at BCV and end at Wyndham Bonnet Creek with a week on Longboat Key in the middle. I think I'm entitled to DME transportation both to and from the airport. However, since I won't be at a Disney resort on my return day, does this nullify DME return? I obviously know they don't pick up from Wyndham, but I can take a cab back to BCV. I guess I could tack on a night at a value for my last night if I have to.

You are entitled to one DME ride TO DISNEY on or after the day your Disney Resort reservation begins and are entitled to one DME ride on or before the day your Disney Resort reservation ends, so no, you couldn't go back to BCV and get a ride after your reservation ends.

However, as you stated, you could get a value room for the last night and get a ride back on DME.

Rats, that's what I was afraid of. I was originally planning to do DVC on both ends of the beach trip, but my dates are in Premier Season, and it's just too costly. I guess I'll take a town car--cheaper than a value room unless there happens to be an AP rate.
