I leave in exactly 2 weeks and have not received my dme tags..should I be concerned?

I know I would be concerned. The best thing for you to do is to IMMEDIATELY call DME at 866-599-0951. They can tell you if you have a ressie and if your tags were sent out. They say that DME ressies need to be made at least 10 days in advance, so there still is time to get you your tags if they don't have your info.

If for some reason you have a ressie and don't get your tags, you can still use DME, as long as you have that ressie. You could pick your own bags at baggage claim or give your claim tickets to the DME desk so they can pick and transport your luggage for you.
