Sat 10.16.10. Traveling with 10 people, 3 of which are kids under 5, 2 are just 2 year old twins.. Left CMH about 5 minutes before 9, or about 5 minutes early.. Touched down at MCO 10:49 (about 10 minutes early). Had to remain seated as we had a person (not my party) that a couple of medical people thought could have been having a cardiac issue. Paramed's got onboard, checked him out and took him off. Took very little time actually. We got to the gate at 10:52 and we got off the plane at 11:00. So, we had 7 people including the kids that had never been to MCO, so while our party moved pretty good, we did have a stop for diaper change and then people asking 'Well, shouldnt we be going this way?'
:confused3

You've never even SEEN this airport, wth would you doubt someone that's been here a number of times..

Anywho, forgot to time when we got TO the DME area, but got in the quick line, got directed to the bus, was on the bus at 11:35. Bus left at 11:41. Had 2 resorts 3 stops, CSR, AKL-Jambo, AKL-Kidani (us)
arrived at CSR 12:11 (had to make sure we didnt get off as this is usually where we stayed before DVC). left CSR 12:15, jambo house 12:22, kidani 12:26.. So just under 90 minutes from walking off the plane to our resort. So a little longer then 'average' but being at AKL you know you are the last drop off, wouldnt been 80 minutes if at CSR...

Had kids that needed naps, studio was ready, 2bd wasnt, so kids crashed in studio, brother and I did divequest (Freaking AWESOME to scuba with the sharks) somewhere in there the 2bed was available, they got the groceries delivered etc. After divequest, walked epcot a SHORT time, left as illuminations was starting, decided to head back and get rest, so no real bus / crowd level reports today.

Yeah, I hear ya about the whole airport thing. My dd, who had never been there before started questioning my directional choices as well. Really??? What was she thinking. Ah well.
Glad you had fun in the tank....those divers look like they're having a ball.
Looking forward to the crowd reports this week...you are my hero!!! Just keep sticking them right onto this thread...that way I'll know where to look and won't have to venture over to the Theme Parks board....scary place lately.

did epcot today all day. Spent most of it in FW today, so still not a great report for you Diane, BUT we did walk thru WS 730 - 845'ish and while crowded, the lines for food and stuff didnt look bad at all. The worst by far was the fish and chips there in UK :confused3

I dont like crowds, so for me to say it wasnt bad means a lot.

Wait times for soarin hit 100 minutes at one time, test track hit 55 I think. others basically walk on really. I mean anything under 10 to me is walk on.

AWESOME weather... gonna be a bit warmer, but the humidity was low..

Edit: Road soarin' twice, test track 3x, mission space 2x, spaceship earth, living with the land, imagination, fam did ellen (sorry cant do that anymore, it scares me.... that I wasted an hour on it once)

Thanks.....these are the type things I'm looking for. It's funny but for me, anything shorter than a 20 min wait is almost walk-on!!! I would expect WS to be busier than anyplace else, especially at night. FandW really draws guests in at night.

still great weather. couple of party members are having some issues with little ones so was kinda a wierd day.. Animal Kingdom was today. Did FOTLK, Nemo, Dinosaur, EE, Flights of wonder, one of the trails, ate over in dino land (place you used to be able to get mc d's) Safari (AWESOME ONE LOTS of animals and a male lion was actually up and moving about on the rock.. Looked AMAZING).

Dont think safari got over an hour, could have gotten close as we had to wait for a couple of animals to move so we sat for about 7-10 minutes probably so I know there would have been a slight back up, but an hour was about the most I saw. EE appeared to be under an hour but it also had a technical issue about 2:45-3 ish. Didnt even look at kali river rapids as I dont goto theme parks to get my clothes soaked and then be miserable.

Overall again, there was some crowding, but nothing bad. Heck at least one of the sets of benches in FOTLK was only 1/2 full.

After AK went to MK. Guess it was pretty busy (4 MNSSHP this week, so today and wed only day for parade and wishes til saturday)

We got there by 5:30 ish and my wife, sis and mom just wanted to plop down and rest. Got a bench right in front of castle, not best for wishes but works well for 3 people that are tired :). Great seats for the light parade. I did head out and rode space mt. Hadnt gotten to since redesign. Was a 50 min wait, and they were flat out within 3 minutes of 50 :).

Cool part was they EXTENDED park hour by 1 hour, not a biggie, but guess they had bigger crowd, so even they cant predict their crowds, so back off the others doing it lol..

Sooo... Supposed to do DHS tomorrow, not sure if they want to or not. If not, really want to hit WS at epcot for some FOOD !!!

Sounds terrific. Looks like this is going to be 'my' week next year. Here's hoping some good airfares come out for us.
Hope you have a great time today!!!

OK, break time. Little warmer then I am used to. So break then going to hang at ft wilderness tonight and hope they are piping music for the fireworks..

Hit DHS for a couple of hours this AM, did RNR 3 times (single rider) and did TSM. Showed 50 min, was about 40. 10:30ish fast passes were for 3-3:30pm I think. Then met wifey, sis and mom and headed to WS. They were just getting off the DHS bus when I left the studios so that was perfect. WS was pretty much a ghost town, we were doing the eats around the world, and we did.. Did not look at times at ALL, sorry. Pretty boring report today, but that;s not a bad thing.

Oh yea, on a more transportation report, buses have been fab so far. I mean, there is nothing I can complain about at this point, and that's something for me.

I'm thrilled with the whole 'ghost town' feel at WS....good news.
Looks like my choice of week is a good one.
Glad to hear the buses/boats are working out for you. Sure wish I knew of a way to pick out the few drivers who post here. I'm going to have to set up some kind of signal so I'll know when I get on their bus.

Yea, it was literally a ghost town.
