Your departure times are important. Please be there and ready 15 mins prior to your scheduled departure.
Make sure your Resort staff have given you a specific pick up time.
If you are using the resort luggage check in service, do so ASAP prior to your flight. There are limitations in time frame prior to your flight. CHECK IN your luggage, and get your boarding passes ASAP for your return early, to prevent a surprise upon departure. (for participating airlines).
The surprise is, you can't check your luggage, or get boarding passes within a certain time frame of your departure.....Ask your hotel staff what it is, I just dont know at this time. So timing is everything.
If you miss your departure time, you may create an overload situation on the next pickup, which requires dispatch of additional busses, which may not be available at that time.
The times set for your resort are departure times.
Busses cannot wait. If it says :05 or :35 then thats it. Your airline does no different.
Usually ,we are a few min late at the end of a route, so on time for the guest shouldn't be an issue.
Please, Be early, not late. Traffic can become an issue in a heartbeat.
Some may think 2hr,45min is more than needed. Well best not push it. THAT info is from the airport, not Disney or Mears.
Just a reality check. Better be early to the Airport, and not be late.
