DME technical problems?

Every time I log on to DME I have a problem. I have 2 reservations linked, with 13 friends and family listed. When I go to my friends and family, it always shows 2 random people with no information. One time it was a niece and nephew. One time my mom and sister. This time, my nephew and sister-in-law. I guess I need to call them. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue?
 
I've been having trouble reserving dining reservations the last couple of days. I get all the way through, click on a time to reserve and get a Server Busy page. Also, MDE sometimes tells me it can't retrieve my DVC reservations. I think they are severely overwhelmed with the amount of bandwidth this new system requires. They didn't plan properly for it and it's now causing issues.
 
I have been trying to do online check in for 2 days with no success. What gives? It is so frustrating!:confused3
 
I don't think the MDE system was designed with DVC in mind. I have had the hardest time linking my family of 4 (one MDE acct) with my sister's family of 3 (another MDE acct) since we are all staying together in a 2 bedroom villa at GFV next month.

We have done the friend invites - didn't work. I have spent multiple hours on the phone with member services - just made things worse. They finally had to get Disney IT involved when my mother, her ticket and all of her FP+ reservations just vanished.

Everytime I spoke with someone at member services, they questioned why I needed all of the people on the 2 bedroom villa reservation linked together? They wanted me to just keep the 2 MDE accounts separate. It's like no one ever thought that larger DVC villas would hold multiple families who each had their own MDE accounts. Everyone has to be linked up to reserve FP+ reservations at the same time, and to be able to change them all at one time, by one person.

The system is just a mess. I dread to see all of the problems we are going to have on our trip next month. Although my mother, her ticket and FP+ reservations are back in MDE, I can tell it isn't right:confused3

The MDE website has been a mess all weekend, and perhaps longer. I have been trying to modify the guests on our ADR's, and the website keeps linking to a blank screen when I press the "done" button. I have had messages all weekend that there was a problem linking this, that or the other thing to my MDE reservations page.

I was on the phone for an hour earlier this week to get our 2014 DVC special PAP's linked to MDE, since I had already linked unactivated AP's to the account. They could not unlink the AP's, but were able to add the PAP's and make them first priority for our upcoming trip. Also, for whatever reason, DS's PAP was not showing up in my account since he is managed by my DW, so I could not do anything with FP+. The CM was able to make his pass show up in my account, but I still can't manage FP+ for him. I have some pending invites, so we'll see if that works.

The CM I was working with was very patient and helpful, but she used the word "glitch" so many times during the call that is was all rather discouraging.:sad2:
 
I've had problems over the weekend with people in our group missing from our fast pass ressies. I looked both on the app on my phone and on the computer. Same thing but changes bodies. I called in and everything shows up correctly on their end so fingers crossed it's just a "glitch" on our side of the system.
