DME Return to MCO....When to Reserve?

We are meeting our daughter's family at PORFQ. They reserved DME for their arrival next week and received their yellow luggage tags.

Originally we thought we would drive them to MCO after our stay but our plans have changed.

My question is: Should she make the return reservation now, before we leave next week or could she simply reserve the DME back to the airport with a CM at PORFQ?

The sooner the better, even for as simple a reason as to not interrupt the vacation. She should just call the Operator from her resort room and ask to be connected to Magical Express, and make the reservation herself.

Just go on the WDW site and book their return now.

OT: For those eavesdropping, if you have not received any Magical Express papers yet and the only problem is the return back to the airport, then wait until you get to Orlando before finalizing the DME return.

Less of a chance of messing something else up.
