DME Questions

We have a large group going to WDW in Nov. and have Kidani booked the 13th-19th. Most of us are driving and arriving the 11th. We haven't booked a resort for the 11th and 12th yet (got Kidani at 40% off, but the discount starts the 13th.) A few are arriving by plane the 13th, so they will be ok using DME. I'm trying to figure out what to do for the last two, arriving on the 11th. I was thinking of staying at the S/D for convenience to Food & Wine and the teacher rate, but then the two wouldn't get DME. There's no way to take DME early, right? We could pick them up at Kidani if needed...but don't want to drive to MCO. Otherwise, is the next best option a Mears shuttle if we go with the S/D?

If just two will stay at Swan or Dolphin upon arrival then I would suggest Mears' shuttle. They can either reserve in advance or just buy tickets at the Mears counter at the airport.

They must be booked at a Disney's resort that night in order to use DME. Would Pop Century be appropriate instead of the Swan?
