:confused3 :moped: I am unable to stand for a long period of time due to severe arthritic knees. I am renting an ECV from Walker for use at the resort and in the parks. I will be taken from the airplane to DME by wheelchair, but when I get there will there be a place for me to sit down until time to board the bus? I can walk for about 5 minutes before I have to sit. I can stand for about 5 minutes also.
Just wondering if anyone can ease my mind. Thanks.

when you get there be sure to tell one of the people running around with those boards.

otherwise if you sit you might miss your bus.

the last time the seating area was not here the DME bus loading and unloading.

can't you kept the wheelchair until you are on the bus?

If the airport guy will let me keep it, I would be glad to. My DD7 could probably push me to where we need to go. Thanks for responding. :wave2:

Okay, well, CleveRocks can explain how you won't miss "your" bus, since nobody is assigned to a particular bus.
But last year, the porter wheeled me from the plane, to the DME counter, to the bus line, to the bus. I''m like you - I can't walk long distances or stand for long periods of time.

you know mother can't either and I forgot to mention it to the airlines - so I need to call the airlines right.

Birmingham airport is small so I am not expecting her to have problems - but Orlando airport is big.

Is it too late?
