DME - How many tags do you get ??

Hi all -

Just started wondering how many tags you get from DME for your bags. Does it go 1 tag per person booked. I'm sure we'll have more bags than that.

I think it was two tags per person.

Disney's policy is to give 2 DME tags to each guest. This is because most airlines limit passengers to 2 checked bags each. I have read here that you can request more if need be, but it seems unlikely you'll need it unless you have someone checking three pieces of luggage.

You don't need DME tags for your carry-ons because you will be carrying them, and you don't need tags for the return trip because that would be totally unnecessary.

Oh Thanks - where would I be without you guys

I'm sure we won't need more than 2 per person. We'll probably just have one extra bag between us anyway for food on the way down and disney purchases on the way home

We are traveling October 23rd and I just called last week to reserve. When should I expect my tags ??
