We're still scheduled on the same flight numbers, but AirTran shifted the timetable quite a bit (almost 3 hours on our return trip).

When I did online check-in today, I realized that Disney still has the old times.

Do I need to contact them somehow?

(If it makes a difference, I booked my flight directly through the airline, not through Disney)

I don't think it will be a big problem, unless things are really busy. I didn't have my flight info when I signed up and they still sent me the ME paper work and tags even without that info. Still if it makes you feel better you can call the reservation number and then update the arrival time.

For the return flight, when you call to confirm ME the day before you leave they ask you the departure time so you can give them the updated time at that point.

As long as the flight NUMBER is unchanged, then you're fine. DME is hooked into the airlines' and airport's computer systems.

On your arrival day, the only reason your flight number would matter anyway is if you're arriving after 11 p.m. If there are no flights (with passengers with DME reservations) scheduled to land after 11 p.m., OR if there are no seriously delayed flights, then DME closes down not long after 11 p.m. In other words, if your flight is scheduled to arrive at Noon, it really won't matter whether they have your lfight number right or not.

Thanks... that all makes sense.

I did decide to call, shortly after posting this... and even though the online check-in system showed our old flight times, DME had our correct flight times.

It only cost me a few minutes, and now I won't worry about it! :)

Actually, the easiest thing to do is update the return flight time when you check in for DME. They change it in the computer right there and all is good...... less chance for a mistake..
