DME confusion

I am arriving in FL on the 6th of May and am flying into FT Myers to stay with family. We are heading to Disney on the 11th. We are leaving Disney using DME to MCO on the 16th. I recieved my DME stuff in the mail with Yellow tags for the 11th which I won't need but other vouchers that say keep until end of trip. My boyfriend who is also flying did not recieve any of this. All the paperwork only has my name on it and only enough for me. What should I do??

Also on my online reservation details it says DME will pick us up at 12:00AM for our flight at 10:20AM. Should I call them to address these problems??

You should call DME and make sure they have a reservation for your boyfriend.

I've never seen them give a return pick up time on the paperwork they send you before the trip, but it is common for them to list your flight time as 12:00 am. As long as they have the correct flight number, you're fine.

Suggestion: Wait until you get there before adjusting or correcting the trip back to the airport. This can be done (usually they set it up for you) at the welcoming area at MCO or you can do it at your resort around check in or the next day.

Is your boyfriend listed on your resort reservation? If so, he should also be included in your DME reservation. You can call DME and find out what the story is. He won't get anything sent to him though. Everything goes to the lead person on the reservation...looks like that's you.

And yes, those vouchers are for your return to MCO. You should get a notice in your room the day before departure that gives you your pickup time. You can also use this to get on the DME bus. I have never seen any info regarding DME pickup time listed on the info packet..but that could have changed.

Yes my boyfriend is also on my reserv. They didn't mail me anything with the pickup time its just on my online reservation details. So do I need his name on the vouchers? I received 4 in my name with only 2 adults and 1 infant traveling

Is your boyfriend's name anywhere on the DME stuff?? My dd and dh have always had a voucher in their name. The luggage tags always have my name listed, but then they each had a tag with their name listed beneath mine.
I have to wonder if they just made an error in printing. I would call them and double check. You don't want to get to the checkin counter and encounter a problem.
